Required documents

To take part in the programme, a candidate must provide the following documents:

• Valid international passport — with a translation into Russian
• Diploma or certificate matching the field of work — with a translation into Russian
• Police certificate confirming no criminal record (police clearance)

The diploma must correspond to the sector of employment (agriculture or construction). We advise on the translation and certification of each document during processing.

Processing timeline

Indicative timelines for each route are set out below. Actual dates depend in part on the consulate and the Belarusian authorities, and are confirmed as the file progresses.

Route A — Employer petition (“hodataystvo”)

On Route B there is also the option to travel directly to Belarus and obtain the visa on arrival at the airport, instead of applying through a consulate.
