Important Notes

● This proposal covers processing and support services only; the cost of accommodation, meals, and transport in Germany is payable separately in accordance with the terms of the vacancy.
● In the event of employer refusal or ZAV refusal through no fault of the candidate, refund terms will be discussed and agreed on an individual basis.
● The employment contract is issued for a term of 8 months; however, the visa granted by the Embassy may cover a period of 180 days up to the full 8 months, at the Embassy's discretion, and can be extended locally in Germany.
● HPS does not guarantee the issuance of the visa, as this decision rests solely with the relevant Embassy. HPS guarantees the provision of a genuine job offer, a legitimate employer, and the corresponding official government documents (including the ZAV work permit approval) obtained by the employer from the relevant German authorities.
