Why Poland?

Poland has become the largest market for legal employment for citizens of Ukraine and other post-Soviet countries in the European Union. This is a combination of geographic, economic and legal factors that make Poland the most accessible and predictable destination for labour migration in the EU.

Proximity and logistics

  • Shared border with Ukraine, regular buses and trains.
  • The trip takes 1–2 days instead of weeks.
  • Easier to travel home and return from holidays.

Understandable language and culture

  • Polish and Ukrainian are related Slavic languages.
  • Basic understanding develops in weeks rather than years.
  • Less culture shock.

Fastest legalisation in the EU

  • Karta pobytu is issued for 1–3 years and grants free movement within Schengen.
  • After 5 years of legal residence — the right to permanent residency.

High and stable salary

  • Net rate from 24.50 to 30.50 zł/hour.
  • Monthly income of 5,000–8,000 zł net.
  • Payment on a fixed day each month, with an advance after the first week.

Employment without language or experience

  • Most positions require no Polish. On-site training.
  • You adapt gradually, without stress.

Social guarantees and healthcare

  • Official umowa zlecenia contract. NFZ medical insurance.
  • Declared contributions to the Polish social system — a future pension and support.

What the Recruitment Programme Includes

We do not sell a list of vacancies. We take on the full service package — from paperwork to meeting you in Poland.

Personal consultation

Selecting a vacancy that fits your expectations on salary, schedule, city and family situation. Honest assessment of your chances.

Preparation of the full document package

Forms, translations, notarisations, invitation letters, employer certificates, housing reservations.

Visa application support

Preparing the complete visa package and a pre-interview consultation. Booking the appointment at VFS Global or at the consulate is available as a separate service. The final decision rests with the consulate.

The Process Step by Step

The process runs in two phases. First we obtain the work permit — this normally takes 25–35 days. Once the permit is issued, the work visa follows as a separate stage that depends entirely on the consulate and typically takes a further 2–3 months. In total, count on roughly 3–4 months from the first call to your first shift.

STAGE 1 — WORK PERMIT 25–35 days
Days 1–2

Application and consultation

You complete a short application form. Our manager contacts you, clarifies your preferences and selects 2–3 vacancies matching your profile. The service agreement is signed.

Days 2–4

First payment + document gathering

You make the first payment. You send us scans of your passport and other documents. We open your file with the employer.

Days 4–30

Processing the work permit

The employer in Poland submits the application for zezwolenie wojewódzkie (type A) or oświadczenie. This is the longest part of the first phase — it depends on the voivodeship office.

Days 30–35

Permit issued + second payment

The work permit is ready. You make the second payment. We send you the original document by courier or as a scan — this is the basis for the visa application.

STAGE 2 — WORK VISA a further 2–3 months
Step 1

Visa application submitted

We prepare the full visa package. If you order the appointment service we secure the slot at VFS Global or at the Polish consulate for you. You attend, submit the application and give biometrics (type D national visa).

2–3 months

Consular processing and decision

The consulate reviews the file and issues its decision. This waiting period is set by the consulate and is outside our control — it is the reason the second phase takes 2–3 months.

On approval

Departure and start of work

You receive the visa and make the third payment. You buy a bus ticket; a coordinator meets you at the agreed point in Poland, helps you settle into your housing, and the next day you have the briefing and your first shift.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you guarantee the visa will be issued?

No — and this is a matter of principle. No agency in the world can legally guarantee a visa, because the decision is made by the consulate. What we guarantee is the quality of document preparation — the part that depends on us. Our track record shows a high rate of positive decisions when documents are submitted correctly.

Do you refund the money in case of refusal?

Yes — the second stage of the paymen is refunded in case of visa refusal if the cause relates to documents we prepared. The first stage is non-refundable, as it covers the real work of obtaining the work invitation from the employer. The third stag does not arise at all unless the visa is issued. All refund terms are written into the service agreement.

What if I don't like the job once I'm there?

You may switch to another warehouse through our coordinator. Transfers between our partner warehouses are free. If you decide to return home, that is your right.

Can I bring my family?

Not at first. The type D work visa is individual. But after obtaining karta pobytu (usually after 3–6 months of legal work), you may apply for family reunification. The vacancy in Tarnowo Podgórne accepts family couples from day one.

Can I switch to a permanent job with another Polish employer later?

After one year of legal work — generally yes, through the standard employer-change procedure under karta pobytu. Polish labour law permits this.

What is the most comfortable age range for this work?

Most successful candidates are 22–45 years old. But we process people from 18 to 55. The main thing is physical readiness for 8–12 hours of work on your feet.

How much can one realistically earn in a year?

With a normal schedule and few absences — from 60,000 to 90,000 zł net per year. That equals roughly 14,000–21,000 EUR. After deductions for housing, food and daily expenses, 8,000–14,000 EUR typically remain to save or send home.

The Next Step

If you have read this far and are ready to move forward — write or call us. The first consultation is free and carries no obligation. We will tell you honestly whether the programme is right for you and which vacancy fits you best.
